Erin has concluded that a boutique approach can offer clients a better and more flexible service, more customised to their needs.
He had a vision to create a consultancy to work with employers as a trusted advisor, taking the time to learn about their company and to deliver a solution based on their unique business drivers, strengths and flaws, levels of risk and company culture, providing a solution within their budget and timeframe.

Erin has had the joy of recruiting in many fields over his career. After being selected for the only Randstad (Then Vedior) Graduate Program for his state as well as 6 others from across Australia and New Zealand, he had a unique opportunity to work for many specialist recruitment businesses in placements across the country.
Chief Operating Officer
Ange has numerous responsibilities within Powerstaff. She heads up our Operational Management internally as well as undertakes specialty recruitment within Construction, Building Services and Accounting disciplines. Ange is very efficient and has an excellent eye for detail. She is degree qualified with two decades of work experience in the services industry.

Like many other recruiters, James stumbled into the recruitment industry in 2010. Starting off in a hybrid desk (permanent, contract and temporary) in Accounting & Finance support with Hudson, James honed his recruitment skills. Despite this desk being viewed as a high volume, transactional area, James conducted recruitment practices focusing on providing top level service and care. This led to significant revenue growth and winning a number of national accolade.
Sue is a Senior Recruitment Specialist with 17 years of experience. She has worked for premium recruitment consultancies including Hudson, Talent 2, Morton Phillips, and Heidrich & Struggles.
Sue has had excellent training in the methods of executive search, and has a long list of successful high level assignments to her name.
Although she can recruit across a wide number of sectors, her areas of speciality are Accounting & Finance, Structural and Civil Engineering, as well legal positions.
Conrad is a seasoned professional with local and international recruitment experience in the recruitment of Transport and Logistics as well as Manufacturing and Procurement disciplines. Conrad has numerous university degrees and a Masters qualification. He has worked in the telecommunications, banking and finance industries. Conrad is dedicated, thorough and diligent in seeking candidates to meet business requirements and providing first rate service to his candidate base. Powerstaff is overjoyed to have Conrad bring his wealth of experience to the team.
Duncan has 10+ years’ experience providing both contract and permanent IT recruitment services to a wide range of organisations nationally from niche software vendors to many large blue-chip clients including Services Organisations, Financial Services, Telecommunications and Government Departments throughout Australia.
With an impressive background in Engineering, Property and Construction as well as extensive experience in both Public and Private sectors, Anthony is dedicated to fostering growth in his career and ensuring he is continually providing a quality service to be the best he can possibly be. He is excited to have joined the highly experienced Powerstaff Consulting team to further finesse his ability to recruit and retain premium talent.
Rochelle is a dynamic and highly energetic Recruitment Consultant. Rochelle is passionate in delivering exceptional services to both clients and candidates. Having a decade long successful career within the federal government, she fell into recruitment after seeking a sea change. Recruitment proved to be Rochelle's ‘right fit’ establishing a successful recruitment career within the mining sector in Perth. Her focus became recruiting in the specialty of IT where she established a successful role recruiting a variety of IT positions for her clients at various levels.
